Stirling has really impressed me today. First use of this Ozark Mountain soap sample. The lather was superb one of the best I've ever made; I can't think of any negatives.
I have some Stirling soaps from a few years ago and they had a lardy background scent but this newer formula does not. No skin reaction even though a quite powerful scent. The only downside of the scent, which is not a fault of the soap, is that the pine scent reminds me a little of bathroom cleaners. So it's more the fault of bathroom cleaners always focussing on pine.
The Lux blade pairs really well with the ATT razor. I got a lovely buttered toast raspy feedback and a superb BBS finish. Couldn't be better.
