Pre: Warm Water Splash
Soap: Mix of Boelis Panama and a VDR/Mysore Sandal/GD Maleki mix
Bowl: Captain’s Choice ceramic
Brush: Semogue Owner’s Club butterscotch boar
Razor: Paradigm Ti2 with Triad Ti handle
Blade: Astra Superior Stainless (1)
Post: Captain’s Choice Venture AS
Two Point Five passes, riding the cap ... BBS. Whoa Nellie! Stellar shave this morning. The new blade in the T2, and this wonderful soap mix were just great. Diluting the VDR/Mysore Sandal/Maleki mix with the Panama was even better than expected. I did it sort of on a lark because the Mysore mix is still pretty strong smelling and I thought the Panama would ease the scent. Well it also upped the slickness factor too. It probably helped that I used a generous amount of this mixture. (Having so much soap encourages generosity in loading, methinks). This T2 razor, the more I use it, is just amazing. It reminds me of what I learned when trying to golf..... The less you force it, the better it goes
