Mikron Mk2/Astra SS. For whatever reason I get along with this earlier iteration the best. Setting 5. Amazing blend of mildness and efficiency, single pass head shave no problem. While the bottom plate geometry is essentially the same as the Rockwell the Apollo has less cap span which probably helps account for it being an even smoother shaver.

Great shave put in today. The Assured razor held up and then some for the month of April. The Wickham showed up in todays mail call and provided a very, very nice and pleasing lather with excellent slickness for a Vegan soap. Light on the scent, similar but not exact to Chanel Bleu. The Misses gave it a thumbs up and a smooch. Good enough for me. Have a great evening and great shaves Gents.....
