Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.
Great shave this morning. Returned to Mitchell's Wool Fat today. Fantastic lather built with the Paladin "Falstaff" 2-band badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the Fatboy and I finished with Lustray "Spice" after shave splash.
Hope you have a great day.

S.O.T.D. - TOBS - Royal Forest @tayloroldbondst
For those wondering, the Royal Forest is supposed to be a dupe for Creed Aventus??
It's similar but not exact- the scent however is still amazing albeit a little fruity and less cologne-like. The cushioning on the Cream is superb and I enjoyed a three pass shave with enough lather left over in the bowl.
A brilliant shave and can't recommend it enough. My only complaint is that of all the creams l've owned and used, this one stings my face upon application. It's not severe but a caution to those with sensitive skin!!!
It also dries the skin out a little more than the TOBS
Jermyn Street or Sandalwood, but performs equally well if not better!!
I highly recommend it to give it a try.
