Brush: Thater Silvertip-26mmx55mm

CRSW Glide Olfactory Hue today. 20 seconds to load the Thater Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Gillette Platinum-Plus still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with YSL M7 Oud Absolu EdT.

Maggard OC/Perma Sharp/Stirling Frankincense&Myrrh/Semogue 1305/Speick/Korres balm

Mirror finish outcome with this blade and razor combination, no incidents. The scent of this soap gives a very interesting take on what a "spicy" scent can be, without resorting to the ever present (and disgusting, if you ask me) clove. Cardamom gives a fresh and peppery touch to it, blending quite nicely with frankincense and vanilla for a warm yet invigorating scent. I honestly doubt if the performance of these Stirlings is anywhere short of its more expensive artisan counterparts. I struggle to pick up a noticeable difference in cushion and glide, but I'm having a hard time doing so...
