Second use of a Kent/MWF sample. I ordered one of each just to make sure they're the same stuff. And they do behave the same, although the MWF's scent is more noticeable. Fantastic soap. Best slickness and protection I have experienced, only on par with my Eufros, which speaks highly of Manuel's creations. No problem whatsoever to face lather it with the Plisson, but with this soap, you have to load thoroughly. Hidrate your lather little by little and you'll get that famous, slick, and thick MWF's lather. Three pass shave, BBS, and the alum block just stung a bit in the lower neck area (as usual) but gave a thumbs up in the rest of my face. A splash of my home brewed lotion and a bit of pure Aloe gel to help it out.

That Logona balm (made in Germany, awesome stuff) is technically and anti-aging, hidrating balm, but it has so many goodies in it that can (and actually, does) work very well as an after shave balm. It was the final touch for a perfect shave.

Razor: Bunny V3 (Prototype)
Blade: Schick Injector (1)
Brush: Mokume-Gane Carbon and Red Copper Silvertip
Soap: RazoRock Don Donato
A/S: RazoRock Don Donato

The Bunny V3 arrived today. when I opened the well packed product I thought it looked pretty cool. Then I remembered that I don't believe I had ever shaved with a Schick type razor or blade.
I found that loading the new blade was very easy, and with just a little wiggle it slipped in just fine. the razor felt very good in my hand and I felt that the balance was well suited to the Bunny V3. I found it was very easy to find the correct angle of attack after only a few strokes. I used the already attached "Notso", and I will use it again then change to the "Mild". I was very happy with my first shave with the Bunny V3. I did find that it rinsed better under running water than just swishing it around in the sink. Right out of the box I got a DFS.

Today's SOTN

Ralf Aust 6/8 French Point w/ Horn scales
RazoRock Plissoft 24mm
CRSW Oliva Colonia Mediterrania Soap
CRSW Colonia Mediterrania Post Shave Lotion

So far I'm liking the shaves from a straight razor better. Might get me some stones and a few more razors and sell off the DEs while keeping the wolfman after a few more shaves to make up my mind.
