Before.
Actually, with most of my outdoor photos, I take a few on the weekends, in general, as that is when I have time and also, during the winter months, here, we can go approximately 3 months without seeing daylight during the week! Therefore, the only available light for me is during the weekends. Big Grin

After. I'm a freak about cleaning up my gear immediately, so the pics often make it look like I haven't used it, yet, but I assure you, they're after. I also place my brush and soap on a rack with a fan blowing directly on them, so they dry up quickly.

Todd, I always take my SOTD shot after I shave. Honestly, sometimes the choices change mid-shave and if I took the picture before the shave, then the picture wouldn't be right. I wouldn't lie to you guys! Big Grin

I know some folks take the picture before the shave, but I think it is just what you get used to doing.
