I just tried Boellis Panama 1924 After Shave Balm. Its scent is not as strong as Gel's but my skin absorbed it much faster. Though I think that I still like the gel bit more.

Thanks, Jerry. The blades were a gift from 1morepasswill and this is the first I am getting to use them. I usually get seven shaves from my better DE blades and toss them after that, even if I think they are capable of a few more goes. However, after hearing so much about the longevity of the 74s, I am going to keep going to see how many shaves I get. Today's sixth shave was excellent and with no issues so these are already keepers for me.
The last couple of days, I have been burning up the speed shaving. I’ve enjoyed the resulting DFSs, but I much prefer to have the time to enjoy the shaving process, too.
