Simply Fantastic!!
Before I start, I have not been compensated in any way for my review. I paid full price out of my own pocket for the set. Those familiar with me know I tend to post a ton of SOTDs. Those familiar with them will notice extremely few vegan soaps in the mix and products from the same very small group of artisans. I'm a straight up tallow junkie! That has now changed!
I was fortunate enough to be asked by @zingari_man to test samples along with a few other testers, as she tweeked and improved her vegan base. After many days and much testing Heather has hit a homerun! The Tribe LE is in her new vegan base and currently the only release with it. Scent is based off of Santal 26 and is wonderful. It's not too light and not overbearing either. The lather quality of this soap is equal to or surpasses a number of tallow soaps in my den. The slickness and cushion are excellent! The lather is thick, creamy, and never ending! It does not dissipate or dry out and the residual slickness is second to none. It is hands down the best vegan I have used to date and have no problems with letting go of some of my tallow to make more room for it and other releases in the base. I'm extremely picky on which soaps I will use a straight razor with so for me to use one with this says a lot!
The matching balm (not shown obviously) is a perfect match scent wise. Those of you that have not tried Zingari balms, her balms are WHY I started using balms! It's everything you want a balm to be. Hydrating but not oily with a fantastic all day face feel! No other balms can touch them in performance.
I believe there are still some soaps and sets left if your looking to try something new. A portion from each soap and set sold will go to the Soldier dogs charity which is even more reason to pick some up. If she runs out just pester her to death to make more!!
