SOTD: 7/26/17

2nd full straight razor shave! It took about an hour. No blood loss. Fairly smooth but I overworked the chin and jawline. Tricky areas! I got significant burning when putting on the AS. It was a fun shave and a definite challenge!

Wholly Kawednesday
Very good shave today. This soap is up there with the best. I put a larger knot in my Slugger JR 159 brush, and what a difference 2mm makes! I used a 26mm synthetic from Maggard's and the face feel was superb. PAA Gondolier made my face feel soft and lends its great scent. Not a good pair with WK MR, but the latter scent fades quickly on my skin.

- Whipped Dog Silvertip
- Mach 3
- Velva+Korres

Some days you want it quick and easy. Love this short lofted Silvertip and don't fancy the balm that much. Not useful for harsh shaves, so I won't repeat with this brand.
