Miserably bad weather (think London in April rather than Spain in July) made me choose a winter scent for the day. Outrageously good shave, though. "The Fat" holds its place amongst the big dogs.

Turtleship Shave Co. : Te Java... The lather was lush, creamy, and slick..... protected like a champ, and gave an irritation free, BBS shave. The post shave feel was excellent, as you can imagine looking at the ingredients.... Yes, a very welcome addition to my collection.

Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber today. 20 seconds to load the Thater Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Perma-Sharp Super in the Black Beauty. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber aftershave.

Very big day for me -

1st full shave with a SR!! I used a C.V. Heljestrand Mk 31, 5/8 FH which was super smooth. It took about an hour. Lol. I shaved in tiny 2"x3-4" strips to get in my flow without the lather drying out. The aftershave Dr. Jon's Flowers in the Dark burned like the gates of hell but no weepers!
