Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

A great "Tabac Tuesday" shave this morning. Wonderful scent and excellent lather built with the Riva Brushes ST badger brush for two passes (+ touch-up) with the '69 Gillette Super-109 and I finished with the matching after shave lotion.

Hope you have a wonderful day. Smile

Razor: Blackland Blackbird
Blade: Gillette Nacet

Lather: Hendrix Classics and Company Emperor Oud
Brush: Ever-Ready 100
Bowl: Bluff Cove Pottery

Aftershave: Hendrix Classics and Company Emperor Oud

What's not to love? HC&C, Ever-Ready, and Blackland. I mean, come on now.

The Emperor is oh-so delicious. If you're a fan of Oud... And who isn't? You owe it to yourself to get ahold of this stuff. It's beautifully decadent and always makes me feel good. I dare you to turn your back on the Emperor.

The Blackbird has a reputation and for good reason. There's no denying that it does its job and does it well! Guaranteed efficiency and eye-catching engineering. No wonder it's a staple in many dens.

The Ever-Ready 100 is a simple brush that has been restored by a friend with a striking, long-fibered, black knot. This thing is no slouch though. It's soft and releases lather easily. That's why I say this brush always serves me well.

I did a three-pass shave wishing I could continue. The slickness, the blade feel, the aroma... It all came together for a uniquely enjoyable experience.

All in all, this was a mighty fine shave. One that I will most certainly repeat.

Thanks for reading and enjoy your shaves.
