Crown King Sundown Splash

It's been another hot day and I wanted to use Barrister's Reserve Classic splash, but I wanted menthol. The solution, use Sundown instead. Even though the two are based on the same thing, I feel like the CK has a more powder forward scent, but Reserve Classic has more skin nourishing. [Image: e3d71286b07d775185971957903906de.jpg]

ARKO Regular Shave Cream
VDH Natural Boar Brush
Parker 60R TTO DE Razor
Persona Comfort Coated DE Blade
Thayers Witch Hazel

I was rooting around in the shave drawer looking for what remains of my tube of ARKO and found a Parker TTO I forgotten I had. I bought it a long, long, time ago so it does not have that new improved head they fixed in 2010. I never had any issues with it; shaved fine for me. It is a bit on the aggressive side so I have to keep both hands on the wheel and eyes on the road when I’m driving it. It was nice for a change. I got through my ride with no nicks, cuts, or irritation. The Persona blade worked OK but I need to find a blade that’s a little smoother. The Thayers worked great. I prefer it over some of the other brands as it seems “drier” to me. A pretty good “Pot Luck” shave.

SmokeShowing, very nice composition, photo, and shaving goods.

120inna55, thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on Unforgiven. Also, both versions of the photo are wonderful, and I’m glad you shared them. The second one carries the vibe of an old western Wanted poster, which fits in perfectly with the Unforgiven theme.
