Great shave this morning. Returned to ETHOS Grooming Essentials and Frank's excellent "Blood Orange" soap and splash. Great scent and incredibly slick lather built with the Paladin "Falstaff" 2-Band badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the Gillette Super Speed and I finished with the matching skin food splash and Acqua di Parma "Colonia" EdC

I like using vintage razors and have quite a selection collected over the years. Almost without exception these old beauties, when fitted with the ubiquitous GEM se blade, can shave as well as modern razors. Sustainability is the keyword fellas.
I just got the Clemak which I posted about in Acquisitions. It is a hoe type so shave angle is like using….. well a hoe!

Mate. Love the Razor. I have to ask though, what Shaving Soap Tub is that? The Cover is Fantastic.

Its PISGAH by Black Mountain Shaving and sold by Murphy & McNeil. I’ve also got the after shave splash and both have a great smell.
