It is, Freddy, but slightly floppy due to the high loft, somewhat like many Plissons. If I ever decide to part with any more of my Rooney Finests, this one probably would go among the first.

Well, despite the flight floppiness, it otherwise has the great feel and lathering characteristics of all the Finests.
