Other than the aftershave, it was horrible. Cremo is slick but has zero cushion, is difficult to apply, doesn't soften the beard. Did a double pass (more like pass and a half). Face was too raw to do a third pass. Very lucky that I did not get a weeper. I don't know how this stuff ever gets a good review. Maybe people who have very light beards?
