Shaving every morning
Paris Area
Hello everyone,

Test of the Robert De Niro soap sample from Lodrino - I prefer the Clint Eastwood version but excellent nonetheless !

Impressed by this Chinese blade - excellent combination with a more aggressive razor than usual - in this case with Le Maurice 0.8 - smoothness, efficiency, tolerance, everything was there !

It would be worth a try with my Merkur Futur ...

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how well Stirling Babrbershop complimented my Lakewood Honey Mash. Give it a try sometime!

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Another fantastic shave this morning. Returned to my vintage Crabtree & Evelyn "Mysore Sandalwood" shave soap. Great lather built with the Wild West Brushworks "Bisbee" Sweet Spot badger brush. The scent it light but there's still some of the sandalwood when lathered. I finished with D.R. Harris "Sandalwood" aftershave splash & Arden for Men "Sandalwood" EdC.

Hope you have a great day. Smile

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave this morning. Returned to Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements and their Yardley Black Label homage, "The Watcher" shave soap & splash. Excellent old school scent with great lather built with the Simpson "Chubby" 2 Manchurian badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the 30's Gillette New, and I finished with the matching aftershave splash & Dana "Canoe" EdT.

Hope you have a great day. Smile
