Ah, that's too bad. I hope you can get back to work soon and safely. I have perused the jobs listed as available on museum web sites, figuring I probably would really enjoy working at one of them, but although I went to school seemingly forever and ended up with a Master's degree and an M.D. degree years ago, the only job I might be able to get now in a museum would be as a children's tour guide or some kind of assistant to an assistant, at minimum wage.

I'm retired and work a few days in Museum Security. Quite an enjoyable job, talking to interesting people and helping others find art they are looking for can be very rewarding.
