Tried OSP today and was pretty impressed, but I severely overloaded it. Didn't seem like I did, but the proof was in the lather. Can't wait to see what it's like when I really dial it in. Makes the face feel pretty good, thinking the slickness will come around once I dial it in

Prep - Woods Of Windsor Cedar Woods soap / Pre-lather / 3 min steam
Razor - Gillette Fatboy
Blade - Gillette Silver Blue (#3)
Brush - Shavemac Raptor 26/52 DO1 3 Band Bulb
Soap - Mystic Water Bergamot, Cedarwood & Juniper
After - Floid Mentolado Vigoroso
Result - Just..........unbelievable!

I thought my best DE shave had passed, turns out I was wrong. Previously, only a GEM Clog Pruf left me this close, and so comfortably. I can't even see where the stubble normally is. This soap and after shave are new to me but my skin had never felt or looked better.

Have to confess that I am amazed that this $19 DeFitch Df91 provided a two pass BBS shave with no touchups. Just the 3rd time using this razor and same results each time with 3 different blades. Not to mention Thomas Tew is my favorite summertime scent!
