Excellent soap, poor technique.
I really love this scent, and I've missed it dearly since I last ran out of the splash. This was my first try with the soap and it lives up to the BM standard of quality lather performance. The packaging is classy - something to display proudly. The old label was historical, this one is lavish and better suited to the magic inside. Now, my technique lacked - I decided to try and cut back to two passes to reduce irritation - WTG-ATG= ouch. I got a few little weepers, but mostly burn. I'll take a few days off from straights to heal up.

Razor: Timeless OC w/TRH1 handle
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (1)
Brush: LE DFS Envy White w/Aluminum Color, Anodized Dark Bronze
Soap: Proraso Green
A/S: Proraso

I don't think there is anything better (I jest Smile) than using a new razor, brush, or shave soap. The Timeless OC is an excellent razor. My very first shave with it was easy and very close. It was a near BBS right out of the box. Speaking of boxes I very much liked the box that came with this razor. I like cases and original boxes for razors. The LE DFS w/Envy White whipped up an outstanding lather.
All in all it was a fun experience to have today. Happy2
Enjoy your evening.

Congrats on the Timeless OC razor. Happy  It really shaves as good or better than it looks and that's saying a lot.

Good picture of a loaded brush. How do you like the Bufflehead soaps?
Hi Doug, thanks! That's about a minute or so of loading- abundant lather. I feel the Bufflehead soap from Justin are among the best out there. Very easy to lather, great cushion and slickness. Here's some more comprehensive thoughts after a few uses.

Net/net is I really like Bufflehead and think Justin has done a great job creating a remarkable performer. Only downside is availability being very hard to come by.

Thanks very much Kevin. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Happy2
I'll check out Justin's soaps.
