After three Rockwell shaves switched to the Jaws-Mastiff frankenhead. What you sacrifice in comfort vs the Rockwell you gain in efficiency. Not a huge difference but discernable on the head shave. Two pass + BBS, Permasharp (3), Tabac.

Tuesday’s No Shave Day

Two days ago I shaved my goatee, the straight hit my chin for the first time in almost 2-years. Did I trim before shaving so I could see what I was doing? No! The result of that is that my chin is very tender and red; yesterday’s shave wasn’t a good idea either, but I recognized that too late. Anyhow, my chin is telling me to take a vacation and I will do just that so no 42’sday shave for me today.  

Sometimes we are our own worst enemy, it seems. I hope your chin is feeling better soon, Dan!

It's been quite a while since I've used Mike's Natural Soaps and I don't know why.  Shaving with Mike's shaving soap is kind of like visiting an old friend.

Another great shave on a bit of hot streak with no irritation or any real feedback from the Alum Block. Decided to get tropical tonight since it's going to be a hot week.
