Decent 3 pass shave this morning!  One knick on the dome, using a Kai in the AS-D2.   I really love Kapo shave cream.  I hadn’t used it in awhile, and forgot how thick, creamy, and cushioning the lather is.  Did not get the kind of close shave I’m used to with my usual Feather blade.  Have heard Kai blades may be a bit rough the first time or two. Flipped the blade and palm-stropped it.  I think I may have been applying some pressure due to my frustration with the closeness of the shave, thus the knick.  We’ll see what happens tomorrow.

Last shave before going on a trip with reduced gear. Good over all shave even though I’m still dialing in the Rex: more blade feel than I like and minor razor burn after.
