@123inna55, it s good to hear that things are going well. A couple of things that worked for me in my rehabs for 2 shoulder surgeries and a knee surgery, first, listen to your therapist and do the work you're supposed to do and do it on the schedule you're supposed to stick to - obviously this can be flexible but my point is don't go rushing ahead of schedule because you feel good one day. The other is I see a massage therapist who used a bio-flex laser (cold laser) treatment on me. The surgeon said to wait 10 days post op to do it but I think it really helped with the healing and recovery. My first shoulder was 10 years before my second and I didn't use the laser for that rehab and it was a harder rehab. Many variables obviously. I thought I'd pass this on, sorry for hijacking SOTD (again) but I think the whole community is behind you and wants to see a full recovery for you.
