I fell out of love with Gillette centuries ago when as a near penniless shaver I found his blades were letting me down after 2 or 3 shaves.
Today my love affair has resumed.
I have just had the most remarkable shave with a Gillette Slim Handle Adjustable 1 - 9 Razor.
It is, indeed,  adjustable but I did not set it. I see now it is set at 5.

SOAP: First Canadian Shave Soap Co.'s South Simcoe Sandalwood.
BOWL: Yoresh Electric.
RAZOR: Gillette Slim Handle Adjustable 1 - 9.
BLADE: Wilkinson.  First shave.
PASSES: 3 + 1
SHAVE: Amazing!
AFTER SHAVE: Aqua Velva Original Sport.

Mickey

Mickey, 5 is where I keep my Gillette Slim and Gillette Super Adjustable and that seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Excellent shave with the Timeless OC. Three passes for a close comfortable shave. This brush handle and knot are amazing. The handle fits my hand perfectly and the Envy White knot is fantastic.
Early shave as there is a storm rolling in from Louisiana, which should bring heavy rain.

The Personna has taken its rightful place as my favorite Injector. Such effortless and enjoyable shaves that are smooth as silk. Stay tuned to next week when the previous Injector king in my Den attempts to take it's throne back.
