Hi John, I'm curious about your Stealth Feather ASD2.  Did you have it coated at the Delta Echo Bulldog?  I've never seen one look like that.  What does the coating add?  Is it aesthetic or does it affect performance as well?

Hi, Mark. I had the Feather head and iKon Bulldog handle treated with Gun-Kote at Delta Echo. I did it mainly for appearance, but I found that it actually makes the head slightly smoother on my face. Once I have back another handle that Jay is coating for me and a couple more new handles from Triad Razors, I'll post images of the various head/handle combinations.

Wolfman OC/Wilkinson (sometimes I wonder why I use anything else)
Vie-Long Epsilon (second use, worked well but I may prefer a more compliant knot, time will tell)
Maggard Mango Sage Tea (great post shave feel, probably could have passed on AS)
Lucky Tiger AS
