Great shave today. Went back to the Timeless Razor TRBR38 for another stellar result. Great scent with superb lather from the Phoenix Shaving "Supreme Sandalwood Science" built with the Riva Brushes Manchurian badger brush and I finished with the matching after shave splash & Tom Ford for Men EdT.

Wizamet / Alum / Phoenix Shaving "Supreme Sandalwood Science" After Shave Splash / Tom Ford for Men EdT

Continuing my sampling of vintage GEM format razors with the Ever Ready Shovelhead. Right out of the gate I enjoyed the smooth efficiency of this razor. And the net result was a strong BBS. The only less positive item was catching a few small nicks ATG. I perceived a very slight amount of what I might describe as blade "flex", but suspect it was more like a tiny amount of play using a modern GEM blade. Next session I will be more vigilant going ATG.

I am still rocking the medium plate on this razor. Two days of growth are gone with a two-pass DFS. This brush is getting better the more I use it. I love Mozingo ZT4 and TanZ brush handles. Barrett F-Bomb being a dupe of Tom Ford Fucking Fabulous goes very well with this set.
