Celestino, that is Beautiful! 55dougie does such nice work! That knot looks great too, is it an Epsilon transplant or a Shavemac? I’m going to have to come up with something along these lines once Mr. Korn opens his books again!

I’m going to have to come up with something along these lines once Mr. Korn opens his books again! Thanks, Hunter. The knot is an older Shavemac D01 2-Band 34 x 52mm and it is one of the best D01 2-Band knots I have ever used; extremely dense, scrubby, and without any noticeable scritch that these knots are notorious for. I am very happy I purchased it from a friend on another forum. I had no idea what the knot would be like when I got it, but once I tried it, it was love at first shave and I knew, right away, that I had to extract the knot and set into a new, lovelier and photogenic handle. This faux vintage ivory resin is one of the most beautiful materials I have seen and I am very happy I chose it. It adds a bit of 'conservatism' to my rather eccentric collection of brush handles.
