I would LOVE to add such as knife to my culinary collection.. However, if I purchased it, my wife might use it to disembowel me. She thinks I already have far too many knives. She accomplishes 90% of her kitchen tasks with a 3" pairing knife costing $10 and has zero appreciation for fine cutlery. I buy her cheap knives because she does not know how to take care of a knife. When it gets damaged by being used to open letters and Amazon packages, I just purchase a new one.

I do think you will regret the loss of this knife if you sell it. However, sometimes the reality of life gets in the way of our wishes.
