I can see why there is not a glut of this material available in the US, and expensive to bring in from Germany or Japan. Hard and delicate to work with, but with sharp tools, turns very well. Polishes up spectacularly. EBONITE Shaving Brush Handle 24/26mm Knot (not included) Height 2 ¼", Diameter 1.42", Drill Depth ⅝", Drilled at 27mm for variance. Beautiful Swirl Pattern. Cream , Blue, Red. Would be interested in comments concerning doing more.....
