I'm not the original purchaser but I'm
 sure it was polished from Blackland
   Why do you ask that question? Blackland has been putting out polished ones for who knows how long, seems like an odd question.
I'm not sure of your aim here.

Edit: These are currently available also at Blackland razors for $235.
Also some guys charge close to $200 to polish a razor up, so...

Just seeking clarification.  No ulterior motive or aim.  Polish job actually looks better than what I’ve seen previously from Blackland.  GLWYS.  The Blackbird is definitely one of the best razors I’ve used and that’s a good price.

Aah, alright. I've had this a couple of years. Blackland does great work.
 I remove the blade, wash and dry with a very soft microfiber cloth after every shave.
   I appreciate the clarification on that. Thank you.

Edit: I have the Titanium version is the only reason I'm willing to part with this one.
