Read a little bit and find a cheap tallow, cheap veggie and one other you want to splurge on. Pay attention to the ingredients list of what you like and follow that trail.

I'd throw Tabac in your first foray for sure. Might as well get that trial and tribulation out of the way right off. If you like it you just found a standard for all future soaps to measure.

Just sayin'.

Have you tried soaps with menthol?

The Glacial Lemon Chill is great but it has a lot of menthol in it and if you aren't used to it it's going to feel like it's burning your face and will make your eyes water.

Wear goggles! Just kidding. Lemon Chill is awesome but oh so cold and it will make your eyes water.

Try Krampert’s Finest Frostbite. Nice menthol, nice scent and a good lather. Krampert’s Finest Acadian Spice Bay Rum is also excellent.

I've tried many soaps, & for the past many months CBL Premium Soap has held the top position in my den, beating out many fine soaps. Many scents to choose from with CBL, some of my favorites are Outlaw, Norse Spice, Dragon's Blood, Orange Dirt, & Club CBL. These are milder scents & they are outstanding, IMHO.
