Had to use the Shovelhead again this morning just to confirm yesterday's shave.  Yep, still gave me an awesome shave!

Although I will say that despite how great the shave was this morning, these GEM-type razors are a bit annoying when trying to shave under the nose.

Nice and easy shave with the shiny chrome Hydro-magic (thanks Dave!) and a sChick on its 8th outing. Black Tie #13 and the Supernova mixed badger and boar brush.

Scentsless Shaver

Today:

Schick Type I, 1st variant, style 1, 1954-58 (shorter lever, no writhing) according to BBS' Dummies Guide. This was my first injector and remains tops! I can always count on it to deliver an efficient yet extremely comfortable shave!
Blade was a new Proline B-20 blade
2BED APSCo knot in the Trotter Messier handle
Soap as shown, my benchmark soap

Yesterday was my other Type I, the chrome version. Per the Guide mentioned above, it is a 2nd variant, style 1, 1958-61 (longer lever with writing). You can find it in the photo below.
