Can you provide an example of a manufacturer that wouldn't?
Declaration Grooming

Paladin also makes no explicit mention to this on their warranty page as well.

It may not be on their warranty page, but I just received a new Paladin Sherlock brush in the mail yesterday and the little instruction card, entitled "Basic Care and Use of Your Paladin Shaving Brush" that comes with the brush states, "Gently lather your face, MAINLY using paint-brush strokes. Lathering with circular motions combined with pressure CAN result in damage."

Good to know. Scott for sure doesn’t care what you do.

All of the goodness is at the tips, whether you want soft or scrub. Brad Sears advises pressing down no more than 1/3 of the loft as that's where the action is. More than that and you risk damaging the hair.

Agreed. Mashing a knot down to the handle does no one any good. Still, there has been some bad press surrounding simpsons lately on reddit. Take it or leave it.

Not to this gentleman, at least according to this. But hey, people love their stuff for whatever reason. I’m sure you’ll be happy with either choice Dan.

Meant personal experience to date has been positive re mark at simpson albeit after having to spend $50 shipping for what was obvious from photos

Would love a declaration b6 teddy in ivory but almost impossible to obtain. So tired of having to fight for every decent shave product be it dufour razor, grooming dept software or the dec brush. Want a b6 but for god’s sake buying shave gear shouldn’t be hellish experience
