Thanks Ali,
On display is a Wolfman OC 0.61. I also have  another base plate SB 0.67. Got both plates used.
On the way I have an OC 0.80, this time from Wolfman
I find the Wolfman WR1 very convenient for daily shaves, I use a Feather blade

Ha, you are right! I am happy to have provided the seed that you are developing! Interestingly, I went totally synthetic in early 2016. I disliked the boar brush I had (it was too scrubby and huge) and I tried 3 different badger brushes that were no good for me (too floppy, too small, or made me break out). Then in late 2021 a friend gifted me a Semogue boar and it was great right out of the box! I jumped headlong into boars that fall, then started the pursuit of badger brushes in mid 2022. Now I bet I have more natural fiber than synthetic!

In my progress in razors I have quickly learned that one should listen to recomendaciones and go for highly recommended/highly appreciated razors and this way shorten the learning/cost curve. Yes, some of the entire adventure is exploring and learning but I try to balance and lower costs. That was the reason I approached DFS members and asked for help when it came to exploring animal brushes, your advise and lending me a magnificent brush saved me a lot of mistakes. Same goes to other members who gave excellent advice
