Is he not entitled to give his opinion here? It is not "your house" or "my house", it is a publicly accessible forum which you are a member of an. Unless you start your own, as some vendors have, everyone is free to post in this thread....regardless of it being in the Merchant section or elsewhere.

After your post, I'll add you to the list of suppliers I won't purchase from. Now why are you posting garbage here?

Thanks for saving me any potential money spent only to see your actions later and have to sell and take a loss.

I was going to order one of your razors on May. But now I'm really disappointed. Let's be honest.

The OP on the other thread said that you insulted him with vulgar expressions. This is unacceptable.-

I am not sure he asked you to send the razor before the payment. A customer can show some interest and eventually, there's probability not to purchase the item of his interest. Did he enforce you to ship the razor before the receipt of the payment? I'd like to know that. Because he changed his mind, you think you can insult a customer that he offered to ship back the razor and not use it? Totally unacceptable. You didn't even apologize for that.

I don't see any professionalism here and I'm disappointed.

If you call yourself a genlteman, you better act like one. This is a life motto.

Gentlemen, I do not know who is right or wrong with this.  I have no association with Gustavo at all and am not even part of the Seygus razor pass-around.  However, I do agree that the Merchant thread is to highlight products that merchants produce and/or sell and not a place for name calling such as I have seen here.  Frankly, this whole thing, from the beginning and on both sides, should have been handled via PM or e-mail.  This is an on-going event between a merchant and a customer and had no business being posted until, at the very least, a final resolution came about.  If this continues here then I shall delete the offending posts, on both sides of the argument.

To Gustavo and Ronnie, it is my sincere hope that, through PMs or e-mails, a solution of mutual satisfaction can be arranged.  That is something that I would like to hear about and it might pave the way to help other merchant/customer relations.  The best to both of you.

i have to add to this i got the full brass version with the barberpole handle today and it has an awesome finish! it is super polished and looks fantastic. and even though i have said this is not a bbs razor for me. it is a great dfs one and i do like it. this one is a bit heavier then the aluminum one and i love the handle. will shave with this tonight and see how it compares to the aluminum version. only negative is the packaging was bad. luckily there was no damage but the whole razor came out of the metal tin and was sliding around the bubble mailer. so hopefully he can work on that.

Gorgeous! Does the brass version still need the stainless weight?

for my tastes i would say yes. but i think it could go either way. it is plenty heavy without the adapter. handle a bit shorter then i would like without it. overall quality is awesome though!! i cant wait to order his new ones coming out (the short and long comb). but this is the quality of polishing imo everyone should try to achieve!!
