I have this cheap Seiko automatic that I got for around CDN$80.00 three or four years ago. I have it in two colours, green and black. Two years ago I wore this one for the entire week while white water rafting through the Grand Canyon. Through water, sand and whatever else came at me, I never took it off even sleeping (under the stars no tent). It ran fine, never took on any moisture (and it was frequently submerged) and didn’t pick up any scratches. Great watch.
I used the Aeropress to make some Kona Coffee today for the first time, and the result was the best cup of coffee that I have had!
I highly recommend this coffee making method, and this Blue Horse Coffee!
Seiko: 1976 Lord Matic Special that is keeping time at +3 SPD over the last three days...not too shabby!
Silly little things to be grateful for in these strange times!

Ain’t nothing silly about coffee and watches!
Aeropress is a great brew method. Have you tried the pour over method? That’s my current favourite.
No...I haven’t used the pour over method yet. I might graduate to dabbling in that somewhere down the road. However, I can only think of three other times where I have sampled coffee almost as good as this Blue Horse made via the AeroPress...at the Broadmoor Hotel, at my friend’s rehearsal dinner before his wedding, and oddly enough at a retirement community dining room.
Have a great weekend Marko!
