SE blade brand and life.

Hello ,
New to SE shaving been using DE razors. Wondering on blade life on SE's, since can get a 100 pack of DE vs 20 pack of SE. I'm a daily shaver or two times a week. Depends on how awake I am. I normally just use feather DE blades and change them every day since they are so cheap. Daily shaving with my DE feather I could get 7-12 shaved with them.
The SE's are they a change 1-3 month blades?

Depends on what type of SE blade you're talking about. I once got 25 shaves out of a GEM PTFE coated blade. I can get about 10 from an injector. I've never used the Feather ACs before, but in general SE blades can go much longer than DEs.

Depends on your beard. I can get a solid 7 shaves with an SE blade while most DE blades are 2-3 shaves or even 1 and done depending on the blade. While being a bit more money in my opinion it is only little more given the blades last longer for me. You could have a differently experience though. One thing to note is that not all SE razor blades are made for shaving, some are made for paint scrapers and other tools so if you purchase a bulk order of blades make sure they are made for shaving

Not necessarily. I found them to last a little longer but not 3 or more times. However, everyone is different so the adage of YMMV is appropriate.

A Feather DE blade last me 3 daily shaves. The Feather Super Pro gives me a solid 10 daily shaves in my Mongoose. I have gotten as many as 14 daily shaves

If you are getting 7 shaves from the Feather DEs, then the SE Feathers could last you around one month, in my opinion.

I was only ever able to get 2 shaves from the Feather DEs and I could get 8-10 with their SE blades.

I’ll throw in my $0.02 — I get about 4–5 good shaves with a Feather DE blade, and about 6–7 good shaves with a Feather Artist Club Professional blade. I think that with some changes in technique, I can improve at least the latter. There are members here on DFS who regularly get 15–30 shaves out of a single edge blade.

Any recommendation on eBay sellers for a case feathers. See they all in Japan.

I get about 50% more life out of feather pros than de blades 6 shaves, but some people get up to 20 uses, all personal preference
