He has a website but I would have a read of some reviews of the level of service and quality control you may receive if you decide to take a chance with Gustavo. Have a look at the thread which details my experience and many other similar stories posted on various shaving forums relating to Artesania Romera to give you an idea of what you could be in for. There are some positive stories but plenty of bad I'm afraid.

Mine arrived today, 15 days after it was shipped. I've applied the first coat of Tung Oil and look forward to using it in a couple of days.

Beautiful brushes, I've always wanted one but most reviews seem to be on the not happy scale.

Your best bet is to get one from a bst that has no issues or the standard issues fixed already, unfortunately.

Or order his knot (now on sale from Romera website) and put it in a handle produced by Doug or any other reputable brush maker

That could also be fraught with danger I'm afraid. someone on a shaving Facebook group I'm in ordered two identical 26mm , 2 band Manchurian knots and when they arrived one was a 3 band ( possibly silvertip) and the other was the as ordered 2 band. The 3 band was also a much taller loft and not 26mm. Gustavo didn't seem to understand the problem and when the guy sent it back to him Gustavo didn't accept the package so he is now out the postage from the US and he's stuck with a knot he didn't order also.

You really do run a gauntlet when you order anything from Gustavo Romera , I don't know why people still roll the dice with him Confused2

in my experience, the Romera knots took a few months to arrive, so I would estimate that this batch would make it to the recipient right in time Smile

Though I had a rather unpleasant experience ordering a brush from Gustavo, my knot orders were fine. Both times I received exactly what I ordered and the quality of the knots was excellent.
