Walter does do some excellent work, I have a couple of his bog oak brushes and they're unlike anything else in my collection

I see the gelled tips in your wet brush pictures. Do the tips feel slimy when wet and crusty when dry? I have had a brush with gelled tips that was so slimy that the soap stayed in the knot tips and would not lather.
