It is hard to say it is Rex clone!, Since Rex is already similar to Gibbs or Personna Precision. 
This Russian razor is inspired by Gibbs with interchangeable heads.

I speak Russian. He is testing out prototypes of Gibbs / Rex clone that will come with both open and closed heads. The razor is still work-in-progress.

He is also singing praises to a new Belorussian soap called "April 19" with a leather scent.

Well I would say Tibam handles are quite reasonably priced.
