Razorock New Slant?

TSE called it the Wunderbar.  On IB for preorder.

Do I really need another Razor?  I have no room left in my storage with a combo of new and vintage taking up the 30 slots.

Is this slant better than the Merkur or Fine Accouterments?

Even at $19.99, do I really need this?

If it was $19.99 I'd scoop it up without hesitation. I haven't tried a slant yet, but I question whether I want or need to since the vintage GEMs I've been using work so well for me. That and the $130 price tag have me leaning towards no.

I got one yesterday. Tonight will be the first shave. I also purchased the iKon Bamboo handle which came in the first RR Black Mamba. Initial impression is very favorable. It's gorgeous.

That is a sweet looking razor. I'm in a similar boat as you. I haven't tried a slant either. At $20 it's very tempting.

I think there's some confusion. The Wonderbar slant(pictured above) is $130 while the new 37c-style slant is $19.99. Two entirely different products.

I think the $20 slant was a fictitious "what if" scenario in regards to whether the OP should buy the Wunderbar even at $20.

Not a Wunderbar - I think its one of IB's budget razors in zamack. The wunderbar is a SS special project

Nice razor, like the Benchmade folder too Can you shave with either?
