YeeshThe ultrasonic cleaner can be especially problematic for really old razors because of how old the plating is. If you ever use one, put it in for short cycles, don't use a harsh chemical treatment and maybe don't use the heating function.

This is just a little 19.95 jewelry cleaner from Amazon. I don't ever use any type of cleaning agent other than a little squirt of whatever hand soap my wife has on the counter.
