Only had a few shaves (head and face with mild plate) but for me it's a awesome razor. Smoother then the 17-4 paradigm and any other razors in my den (wolfman, blackland, timeless, charcoal, etc ....). Will be used a lot!

Just used the RS-10 again tonight and I have come to the determination that it is one of the best shavers on the market right now. It carries a hefty price tag, but I believe it is worth it for the experience and the shave results. It is the only razor that I can use a feather blade in and not have weepers after the fact. It is one of the smoothest razors next to the 17-4 and the timeless titanium. For anyone on the fence I would recommend this razor and make sure you get both baseplates.

bgolfo at which Timeless titanium gap you would compare RS-10 (mild plate). TIA

I have only used the 95 titanium but the rs10 is smoother in my opinion
I’m sure the 68 titanium is closer to the mild plate

Dear owners of RS-10. Be so kind, please tell me what is the perfect blade for you when shaving with an aggressive plate?

My shave with Feather puzzled me. The area between the Adam's apple and the mandible RS-10 shaves without irritation. The left side of the cheek, well, I just can not shave to the state of BBS. Today I got irritated by the overly assiduous pressure of RS-10. And with Blackbird it's the other way around. Shaving the area between the Adam's apple and the lower jaw is getting irritated, especially with the first use of Feather. Shave the left side of the cheek perfectly clean. I still sin on the machine Muehle-41. After the purchase of which I have all the razors should be equal to this ideal machine for clean shaving. But I think this is only an illusion, Muehle-41 for the purity of the BBS will not surpass anything. By the way, no one tried the RS-10 with the blade Voskhod or Polsilver?

I have used Astra, Polsilver, Kai, Nacet, Gillette Stainless, GSB, and Feather. All gave smooth shaves but Feather was most efficient. Need to watch pressure as razor is heavy it will do the work. Without much blade feel it is easy to use to much pressure which leads to irritation.
