I saw recently saw in print that the creator of Tiki bar soaps has a favorite scent which really surprised me. I don't even see that scent on her web site. My friend who introduced me to wet shaving about 2 years ago had never tried Stirling until I sent him a sample of Lampasas. He went on to order the Glastonbury and states it may be his favorite soap in his den.
At Rod's recommendation I have Glastonbury on the way to try out and I'm really curious to see what all the rave is about. I had some issues with burning with a lot of the frag rance oil soaps, but oddly enough Bay Rum of all scents was fine for me when I tried the sample, as was the Tea Tree. I'm hoping the EO soaps work out a little better for me because there are 4 on the way (Glastonbury, Bay Rum, Ben Franklin, Gin & Tonic).
