He needs to find someone who loves Wee Scot-style brushes and is also willing to pay almost $400 (with shipping) for such a small brush. I've noticed that some hobbyists like to buy items purely for decoration, and they don't use them. Perhaps that type of enthusiast would be interested in purchasing it.
