To andrewjs18 So how do I get ride of the 6 in the red alert icon?

I just got ride of it by deleting the used alerts. Hopefully this will take care of future hangups.

delete all alerts? that is what I am doing.

Also, the alert counter doesn't go away once you click on it to see what it is. It still says I have one alert even though I've clicked on it many times.

I deleted all of th the alerts that were used and the counter disappeared.
