We were informed late last night that the razors weren’t shipped to us as promised. The artisan has given a new ship date of 11/15, which means we would receive by 11/18 and ship by 11/19. We have been doing all we can to ensure production is finished and will continue to do so. We want your WCS experience to be a great one, and we know this falls short. We thank you for your continued patience as all involved work to make this right.

I had WCS issue me a refund for overselling a product awhile back. They also gave me a coupon to use for a pretty large discount on my next purchase. I used the coupon on a brass Blackbird razor only to have them state the razors were out of stock (although they remained in stock for quite some time afterward).
I figured out pretty quickly they were full of it. I buy from vendors I can trust. WCS is not one of them. I wouldn’t be so quick to blame Paradigm just yet, without hearing his response.

Just so you guys know, I have been in contact with Andy at Paradigm as I sent him my razor to repolish and buff after receiving one of the few that WCS did ship. He is frustrated dealing with middle men vendors and is aiming to start doing everything direct so that he has more control over the process. He’s a great guy and I have bought a couple Paradigm razors when Bullgoose was handling the rollouts. He has been very responsive in the past and now when I have emailed him with questions about his razors. He is doing a brushed finish on my Diamondback for me personally because I asked for it instead of the polish. I think that if WCS had not requested the polish, things would have been better as far as the rollout goes. This is the first larger purchase I have made from WCS and I doubt I will make any more razor purchases from them. I have bought a couple razor handles and some soaps and never had any issues. Anyway, just thought I would post my thoughts.

Hmmm, as I recall there were some 'issues' regarding the Paradigm SE regarding shipping when it became available, at least when ordered directly from Paradigm. ALSO (Big Also), If ordered from the other 'source (with better shipping times, better packaging and overall better buyer experience)', Paradigm would NOT honor the '30-day Free Trail'. I asked Paradigm (Andy) about this and was told that he had NO way to refund, as there was no way to do so.

Hmmm ... it also could be that there have been delays and issues on both sides. Anyway, it is what it is. Honestly, looking at all of these threads regarding new razors, sounds like anyone pre-ordering a new razor needs to manage their own expectations. Good thing is that, to my knowledge, no maker / seller has run away with the pre-order funds yet.
