The more I use nasit blades the more I like them, mostly.

BIC Chrome Platinum and Nacet are among my favorite blades. I have sensitive skin and would prefer the PermaSharp Super blades to be a little smoother. I do not use 7 "O'Clock black very often because the 1st shave just is not sharp enough. After that, they are great.

I hope you can find some BICs. Amazon has them for One Day delivery in some areas.

The shipping order can be altered near the completion of each shave if anything needs to be changed .

The pass around list is now complete.

Thanks guys!

Today's shave was with a Bic blade to try the sharpness that RayClem was suggesting.

The shave was another good close shave as I was hoping for.
The Bic blade was sharp and smooth like the  Nacet and PermaSharp but sharper and smoother in the Salient than the Astra.

This is just my brief usage thoughts up to now.
I've got some razors that dig in and sort of dig out the whiskers a bit more. The shave with this razor just hangs in
for hours and that's a nice attribute.

The last 2 shave have been  with a Feather in the Salient Razor.
I believe these have been the closest shaves yet. Pretty comfortable shaves too.
I'm enjoying the razor and getting  more familiar with how it feels when in use.
It seems more efficient  than I was expecting.
Today I was thinking definitely an everyday razor, for me. Smooth enough and efficient  enough  too, that's a good combination.[Image: 9G6agPy.jpg]

This morning shave was pretty much a repeat of good stable pretty smooth and efficient shave.
It seems like this razor can take my skin up to the point much more would be over shaving.
Less shaving would be under shaving and leave more whiskers than I would care about starting the day with.
That puts the Salient at a good spot, for my skin, hair,  technique and preferences.
The Timeless Titanium Crown Handle seem to be a pretty good fit for me today.
Nacet blade was a close cutter which seem to work out pretty good.
I seem to be more of a recap type of reviewer instead of a play-by-play, or stroke by stroke in shaving.[Image: nyc6Cf0.jpg]

A Feather blade can make nearly any razor efficient. The question to be answered is how many great shaves can you get out of a Feather blade? Anytime I have ever tried one I get two great shaves, but the edge becomes harsh after the WTG pass on the 3rd shave and I have to change blades to finish the shave. Nacet blades are nearly as sharp and seem to last a few shaves longer.

The only way I can use Feather blades is to dedicate them to a milder razor for use on ATG and clean-up passes where the limited contact with stubble will allow the blades to last longer. They just do not withstand multiple WTG passses, especially with multi-day beard growth and a tough beard.
