I don't see why he wouldn't be able to make it. Eric should contact Jake.
Without seeing the CAD I can see at least 4-6 reasons he wouldn’t want to make an adjustable toggle for someone.

A 3 piece razor is simple and right in his wheelhouse.  The Janus is a boondoggle.  He can shop it but unless you are laying out serious money up front to a machine shop they aren’t touching it, that is how you go out of business in a hurry.

Update - You know who I think could probably make it for Janus, Matt at the Razor Emporium. He is better equipped to deal with what it would take to make a batch of that razor.

They knew each other already. In one video, Matt mentioned that if he had manufactured this razor, the price would have been approximately $1000-$1500.
Yates, on the other hand, did an outstanding job with the DB razor, offering more reasonable prices. The pre-order price, in particular, was truly remarkable.
I ordered this DB razor for my father since he really liked Ti BB and titanium material. I hope he will enjoy the Titanium DB.

In my opinion, the Paradigm SE1 Aggressive and the Charcoal Goods Gen 1 Titanium would be excellent razors if they were to be manufactured.

Reviewing the video post from Jake, I think I could be convinced to purchase the razor at that level of finish. I guess that would be described as a "machined" finish?
Also happily awaiting the upcoming polished version. Smile

It’s very good quality for a purely machined finish. Nice work, and it should ensure the finished razor looks great.

It has sharp edges though.  Will need tumbled or polished.

I was wondering if that was Ti, I don’t like it either for the Athena.

Dback Ti - spoke to Andy Friday. There are definitely small burrs (completely normal) on the as machined zero series he received from Yates.  He sent several to get polished and a few to be tested with a few other finishes.  This process will take care of the small burrs, it always does when machining parts.

I can’t wait to  see the final results, I have been using my Ti2 a bit now kind of waiting for this.

Where did you see Lambda Athena Ti? I can't find it on the Lambda Razors official site. Thank you in advance!
