I was able to squeeze a bot more efficiency out of the razor by loosening the handle about 3/4 of a turn.
Maybe someone can try and see if it works for them?

Interesting, I’ll give it a try on my last shave with the razor tomorrow. That would be a good option if I was dealing with 4 or 5 days growth. As I’d normally pull out the Ikon Tek or Wolfman 1.45/1.55 WR2 Ti .

The list as I have it now is:

1.) Dragonsbeard  - NY completed
2.) TommyCarioca - KY shipping 7/9/24
3.) ewk - SC
4.) spacemonkey42 - MA
5.) bbssboss - MA
6.) bayourider - LA
7.) Dayman  - GA
8.) Cutty Sharp - KY
9.) cigarman - MO
10.) SinCityAg  - NV
11.) Lesser- NY

I made some minor tweaks here to help with keeping a razor in a region and to keep it moving faster without major impact.

More can sign up as it’s passed around.  Just keep in mind of the rules:

Keep it like new
Always use a washer
Disinfect before sending on
Write up with pics
Try not to keep more than a week (get your 2-7 shaves in with it and move it on).

Please insure the razor for 300 dollars when you ship it and we may flip around a few spaces to make shipments faster.

Enjoy Gentleman!

Ok so I had my last shave yesterday and I did try the suggestion that Tester28 mentioned about loosing the handle with a 3/4 turn and so I righted the razor to where it should be and then backed off as suggested and I only did one pass as I didn’t have a lot of growth. I notice the effectiveness/ efficiency went up a notch or two. Had a little bit more blade feel but less than other razors in my den so easy to handle and the one pass gave me a nice close shave. So this razor is slightly adjustable if needed. Makes it even better.

It’s been shipped out today to TommyCarioca .

Thank you Andrew for the pass around and Mike for managing it.

All the best

Frank

Hey gang I will make it simple (no long review as others have more than reviewed this gem).

Forget the pass around and just get this razor. It really can be a RAD killer as it's that good.

It is efficient and I shave daily. It is smooth especially due to being titanium. It is also very maneuverable with blade tabs covered.

If you want a less expensive stainless steel Paradigm the Sentinal is also a very good daily razor (very efficient and smooth but not titanium soft).

But this Titanium Diamondback is a very comfortable shave. You won't be sorry. Great job Andrew !

RAD is just a permanently temporary condition.  I'll get over it.. eventually.

The razor is like a piece of fine jewelry. The polish is really niiiiice..... has a great luster. Reminds of a nickel played Colt 1911. I had a smooth set of shaves [3], no nicks or burn. Easy to find the cutting zone. Easy to clean. Balance is optimal for the weight and size of the head. Knocks down the whiskers with ease. I can see why people love this tool.

Handle too short for me. I am a 100mm handle guy. I also was amazed at how light the razor was. Amazing - I shave with copper, brass, and 316 SS 90% of my mornings. So for me it was strange... as my razors are HEAVY. This was very nimble in comparison to my bludgeons. Gets under the nose with ease.

Razor will be mailed to SC July 9, 2024. Appreciate the opportunity to utilize the beauty.

Razor arrived today. Although it is late, I couldn't go to bed without giving it a run. Just finished a quick initial shave. Noice. More thoughts after the Saturday Morning Luxury Shave.
